MAC’s products (25 business best practice modules for managing & developing client accounts) are collectively named ‘ASPIRE’ (How To Manage Any Client) ™, hereafter referred to as ASPIRE, and were created by Richard Wright.

Modules are written in WORD and downloaded as PDF files following purchase.

By making a purchase you are giving your express consent for a digital download or downloads to take place and acknowledge that once a download starts you lose the right to cancel.

By continuing to access, browse &/or use this Website, or after purchasing any products, you are deemed to have accepted these ‘Terms & Conditions’ together with our ‘Privacy Policy’ and all constraints, restrictions & requirements defined under ‘Copyright & Intellectual Property Rights’, ‘Discovery of Unauthorised Use’ and ‘Unauthorised Possession’, all of which are fully explained on this Website.

DEFINITIONS

‘ASPIRE’ is the collective name given to MAC’s products (25 business best practice modules for managing & developing client accounts) and is an acronym; Accelerating Sales, Productivity, Inspiration, Reputation & Enterprise.
‘Data’ means any information that you submit to this Website or which is collected from you - this definition incorporates, where applicable, the definitions provided in the Data Protection Laws.
‘I’, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’ or ‘MAC’ refer to the registered business Manage Any Client Limited (‘MAC’).
‘MAC’ means Manage Any Client Limited.
‘this Website’ means www.manageanyclient.com and vice versa.
‘you’, ‘your’, ‘user’, ‘customer’ or ‘purchaser’ refer to the person(s) using this Website.

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires a different interpretation:

the singular includes the plural and vice versa
a reference to a person includes firms, companies (& associated companies), government entities, trusts and partnerships
‘including’ is understood to mean ‘including without limitation’
reference to any statutory provision includes any modification or amendment of it

NO WARRANTIES, EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

While every effort has been made to provide accurate content throughout ASPIRE, we have no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions. ASPIRE’s content is provided ‘as is’, without warranty or condition of any kind.

The suitability of ASPIRE’s content for a Customer’s specific business is entirely their decision after evaluating the full extent of comprehensive information available on this Website, where 25% of the total product content is provided free of charge (300 items).

In no event shall MAC be liable for any direct, indirect, exemplary, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of ASPIRE’s content.

When making a purchase, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold MAC harmless from and against any claims, damages, costs & expenses.

CANCELLATIONS

By making a purchase you are giving your express consent for digital downloads to take place and acknowledge that once the download starts you lose the right to cancel and therefore agree to waive any 14 day cooling-off period.

REFUNDS

Customers are not entitled to a refund after a product has been received correctly as they agree to waive any 14 day cooling-off period, meaning that their right to cancel will be lost.

However, if a Customer can demonstrate that the product received is different to the one ordered, or the correct product is either incomplete or unreadable, they will be offered an immediate replacement.

Alternatively, the Customer may then request a refund.

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES (3RD PARTIES)

You acknowledge and agree that MAC has no control over 3rd Party websites and shall not be responsible, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused, or alleged to be caused, by or in connection with the use of or reliance on their content, practices, goods or services available on or through any such 3rd Party websites.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms & Conditions together with our ‘Privacy Policy’ and all constraints, restrictions & requirements defined under ‘Copyright & Intellectual Property Rights’, ‘Discovery of Unauthorised Use’ and ‘Unauthorised Possession’, all of which are fully explained on this Website, constitute the entire Agreement between you and us regarding how this Website and all product purchases are used.

APLLICABLE LAW & WAIVER

This agreement will be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales. All disputes arising under the agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these Terms & Conditions (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision will, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of all other provisions or part-provisions of these Terms & Conditions will not be affected.

Unless otherwise agreed, no delay, act or omission by a party in exercising any right or remedy will be deemed a waiver of that, or any other, right or remedy.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions as we deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be posted & dated on this Website under Legal Updates and you will be deemed to have checked and accepted any changes whenever you access this Website. However, if you do not agree with any changes you may wish to cease viewing/using this Website or refrain from submitting your Data to us or making any purchases.
